This is a small round, flat, orange coloured variety.  It has smooth thin skin and a typical bitter cumquat flavour.  It is very juicy, and has some seeds.  It is used in cooking, mainly for jams and liqueurs.
It is suitable for domestic, or airfreight export only.

This is an early murcott type, and is harvested just before the traditional murcott.  It is a medium/large sized, flat/oval shaped, orange coloured variety.  It has a thin, smooth skin, and has very few seeds.  It has a rich, sweet, honey-like flavour. 
It ships and stores well.

This variety has been developed by Ironbark Citrus, and its supply is exclusive to Ironbark Citrus.
