This is a small round, flat, orange coloured variety.  It has smooth thin skin and a typical bitter cumquat flavour.  It is very juicy, and has some seeds.  It is used in cooking, mainly for jams and liqueurs.
It is suitable for domestic, or airfreight export only.

Nagami Cumquat

This is a small, long oval, bright orange coloured variety. It has smooth sweet and spicy flavoured skin, little flesh and few seeds.  It can be eaten fresh, and is used extensively in the restaurant trade for cooking and decorative purposes.
It stores and ships well.
